Turquoise Bee Herbs and Ayurveda: Everyday Wellness in the Modern World
The ancient system of Ayurveda can provide a framework for returning to health that is in-sync with the natural world! Using simple principles, you will (re)learn to incorporate sensible, time-tested daily practices into your life. This includes such things as knowing when and how to eat for optimal digestion, what kind of exercise is best for your body/mind type, when to wake up and go to bed to feel optimally rested and make the most of your days and nights. People often expect exotic prescriptions when they see an Ayurvedic practitioner, but you will be surprised (and delighted!) to find that you’ll probably be advised and fully supported to do simple things you already had a feeling you should be doing!
You can live with the spirit of Ayurveda and Yoga in your busy modern life and benefit on many levels.
